SilentFiber

SilentFiber offers a broad portfolio of sustainable acoustic elements made from natural fibres. The product family ranges from the peat-based SilentRoot acoustic panel through the hemp-based SilentHEMP line to specialty products such as SilentSPA (wet room), SilentMOSS (moss picture) and SilentBEE (hexagon). Owner Dipl. Ing. Robert Schwemmer operates as a brand owner with selected European manufacturing partners. Custom formats and individual cutting are available from the first panel onward (max. 1.2 × 2.4 m). Description

The SilentFELT bluefiber Acoustic Panel is a sound absorber made from thermally and mechanically bonded polyester nonwoven, without chemical binders. The rigid panels are used as wall, ceiling and furniture absorbers, the pads as suspended ceiling elements, in grid ceilings or frames.

Material: Acoustic panel made from bonded polyester nonwoven (bluefiber)

Surface: matt, porous nonwoven face

Up to fire class: B-s1,d0 to B-s2,d0 per EN 13501-1 (depending on type and colour; free-standing/free-hanging mounting, ≥ 80 mm clearance). Pad 50 mm fire class on request

Application: Office, conference, education and hospitality — wall absorbers, ceiling elements and furniture/screen acoustics

Certifications: EPD per EN 15804+A2 / ISO 14025 (The International EPD® System, EPD-IES-0023981, valid until 21 Oct 2030, third-party verified); OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100; SVHC-free, no CMR substances (cat. 1A/1B), biocide-free (EPD declaration)
