Custom formats and individual cutting are available from the first panel onward (max. 1.2 × 2.4 m). The SilentFELT bluefiber Acoustic Panel is a sound absorber made from thermally bonded polyester nonwoven (bluefiber) with post-consumer recycled content. The line comprises the rigid panel (12 / 25 / 40 mm) for wall, ceiling and furniture surfaces, and the pad (50 mm) for suspended ceiling elements, grid ceilings and frame mounts. Acoustically it reaches up to αw 0.95 (Class A) depending on the setup: the 25 mm panel αw 0.65 (Class C) mounted directly and αw 0.95 (Class A) with a 200 mm wall gap, and the 50 mm pad αw 0.90–0.95 (Class A) mounted directly depending on colour. All values come from accredited reverberation-room measurements per DIN EN ISO 354 + ISO 11654 by MFPA Leipzig. The material is recyclable, heat-insulating, moisture-resistant and gentle on the skin. An EPD per EN 15804+A2 (third-party verified) and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 are available; the nonwoven is SVHC- and biocide-free.
