SCHALLSAUGER ist die Akustik-Produktmarke der KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen am Bodensee. Der 1977 gegründete Familienbetrieb fertigt auf 2.500 m² Produktionsfläche bedruckbare Stoffabsorber, LED-integrierte Akustikpaneele und rahmenlose Wand-/Deckenlösungen. Die Produktreihen ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT und ORION 8 decken Wand-, Decken-, Raumteiler- und Beleuchtungsanwendungen ab. Sämtliche Bezugsstoffe (akustikTex) sind nach Öko-Tex Standard 100 zertifiziert und nach DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 brandgeprüft. Akustikmesswerte wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (IBP) nach DIN EN ISO 354 ermittelt (Messbericht S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

Description

SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS SKY is a ceiling-mounted high-performance acoustic panel made from thermally bonded polyester nonwoven. With no frame construction, SKY blends discreetly into the ceiling plane, either as a suspended acoustic island or bonded directly to the ceiling. Available in white, mottled light grey, or black, in a rectangular or round version up to a maximum of 235 × 210 cm. Optionally lacquered in any RAL colour with no acoustic disadvantage. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS, thermally bonded nonwoven made from 100% PES staple fibres, area weight 3200 g/m², thickness 50 mm. Made from 60% recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable, fire class C-s2,d0 to DIN EN 13501-1:2018 / B1 to DIN 4102-1. Five mounting variants: wire-rope suspension with C-rail (FLZ4C, minimum distance 7 cm from the ceiling), wire-rope suspension with drilling template in 4-point (FLZD4) or 6-point for large formats (FLZD6), each with a minimum distance of 6 cm; 3:1 wire-rope suspension for round panels in S/M/L/XL (FLZD 3zu1, minimum distance 34 cm), 3-point wire-rope for round panels (FLZD3, minimum distance 6 cm), as well as direct bonding with Merbenit HT50 mounting adhesive + hot-melt adhesive (FLZM). Integrated into the pCon Planner for office planning. 5-year full warranty.

Material: Thermally bonded polyester nonwoven (100% PES staple fibres, 60% recycled PET, 3200 g/m², 50 mm thickness, no chemical additives). No frame, no fabric covering.

Certifications: Oeko-Tex Standard 100, 60% fibre content from recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable, allergy-friendly, breathable, skin-friendly, resistant to mould growth (DIN EN ISO 846:2019 + DIN IEC 68 Parts 2-10), resistant to vermin infestation and house dust mites, minimum sorption moisture 1.02% to DIN 52620. 5-year full warranty.

Colours: Available in white, mottled light grey, or black. On request, lacquered in any RAL colour with no acoustic disadvantage.
