SCHALLSAUGER ist die Akustik-Produktmarke der KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen am Bodensee. Der 1977 gegründete Familienbetrieb fertigt auf 2.500 m² Produktionsfläche bedruckbare Stoffabsorber, LED-integrierte Akustikpaneele und rahmenlose Wand-/Deckenlösungen. Die Produktreihen ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT und ORION 8 decken Wand-, Decken-, Raumteiler- und Beleuchtungsanwendungen ab. Sämtliche Bezugsstoffe (akustikTex) sind nach Öko-Tex Standard 100 zertifiziert und nach DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 brandgeprüft. Akustikmesswerte wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (IBP) nach DIN EN ISO 354 ermittelt (Messbericht S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS BAFFLE BAFFLE is a vertically suspended acoustic baffle made of thermally bonded polyester nonwoven for zoning open-space areas. Several baffles can be hung one below another, creating a subtle, semi-transparent division of large areas into functional zones. Double-sided sound absorption: each baffle absorbs sound on both faces, creating a pleasant, screened working atmosphere without losing the open character of the room. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS, thermally bonded nonwoven made of 100 % PES staple fibres, area weight 3200 g/m², thickness 50 mm. Made 60 % from recycled PET bottles, 100 % recyclable, fire class C-s2,d0 to DIN EN 13501-1:2018 / B1 to DIN 4102-1. Available in white, mottled light grey or black, with square or rounded edges. Standard formats 200 × 35 cm and 100 × 35 cm. Custom sizes between 60–236 cm wide and 35–150 cm high are possible. Mounting via the Baffle wire-rope set FLBD2E (pre-assembled brackets, axis spacing 0.5 × baffle width) or, as a low-cost alternative, with a plug-in plate. Brackets in black, white or light grey.
