SCHALLSAUGER ist die Akustik-Produktmarke der KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen am Bodensee. Der 1977 gegründete Familienbetrieb fertigt auf 2.500 m² Produktionsfläche bedruckbare Stoffabsorber, LED-integrierte Akustikpaneele und rahmenlose Wand-/Deckenlösungen. Die Produktreihen ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT und ORION 8 decken Wand-, Decken-, Raumteiler- und Beleuchtungsanwendungen ab. Sämtliche Bezugsstoffe (akustikTex) sind nach Öko-Tex Standard 100 zertifiziert und nach DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 brandgeprüft. Akustikmesswerte wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (IBP) nach DIN EN ISO 354 ermittelt (Messbericht S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

Description

SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS BAFFLE is a vertically suspended acoustic baffle made of thermally bonded polyester nonwoven for sound absorption in tall rooms. The C-rail mounting system allows individual baffles to be repositioned later, so the acoustic damping effect can be flexibly adapted to how the room is used. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS, thermally bonded nonwoven made of 100% PES staple fibres, area weight 3200 g/m², thickness 50 mm. Made 60% from recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable, fire class C-s2,d0 per DIN EN 13501-1 / B1 per DIN 4102-1. Available in white, mottled light grey or black; lacquered in any RAL colour on request without acoustic disadvantage. Standard formats 200 × 35 cm and 100 × 35 cm. Custom sizes between 60–236 cm in width and 35–150 cm in height; maximum delivery length 235 cm. Several mounting variants: C-rail with wire-rope suspension (FLBDC) or with screw connection (FLBDC0), direct ceiling connection without rail (FLBD2), plug-in plate fastening as a cost-effective alternative (FLBDS / FLBDSC / FLBS) or Odenwald ceiling-clip adapter for grid ceilings (FLZDOWA). Axis spacing of the suspension is 0.5 × baffle width by default. Mounting hardware in black, white or light grey.

Application: Vertically suspended acoustic baffle for tall rooms (atrium, stairwell, open space). The C-rail mounting lets the position and spacing of the baffles be adjusted afterwards.

Certifications: Oeko-Tex Standard 100, 60% fibre content from recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable, skin-friendly, allergy-friendly, breathable, resistant to mould growth (DIN IEC 68 Parts 2-10), without chemical additives. 5-year full warranty.

Colours: White, mottled light grey or black. Mounting hardware in black, white or light grey. Lacquered in any RAL colour on request without acoustic disadvantage.
