SCHALLSAUGER (KASPER GmbH)

SCHALLSAUGER ist die Akustik-Produktmarke der KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen am Bodensee. Der 1977 gegründete Familienbetrieb fertigt auf 2.500 m² Produktionsfläche bedruckbare Stoffabsorber, LED-integrierte Akustikpaneele und rahmenlose Wand-/Deckenlösungen. Die Produktreihen ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT und ORION 8 decken Wand-, Decken-, Raumteiler- und Beleuchtungsanwendungen ab. Sämtliche Bezugsstoffe (akustikTex) sind nach Öko-Tex Standard 100 zertifiziert und nach DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 brandgeprüft. Akustikmesswerte wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (IBP) nach DIN EN ISO 354 ermittelt (Messbericht S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

Description

SCHALLSAUGER WALL is the ALU LINE picture wall for wall mounting: a wall-mounted acoustic absorber with individually printable fabric covering. As early as the turn of the millennium, SCHALLSAUGER was the first manufacturer to bring large-format acoustically effective picture walls to market. Motifs from the in-house image archive with a three-dimensional effect can be printed onto the akustikTex surface. Construction: powder-coated aluminium frame (all RAL colours on request) with akustikTex covering (1 mm polyester fabric, 220 g/m², printable on both sides). Available in project-specific sizes; acoustic classification based on a 1000 × 2000 × 50 mm reference element. Three mounting variants: Z-rail (standard wall mounting, closed frame, 25 mm drilling distance to the top edge of the frame), L-rail (closed frame, recommended from 4 m² panel area, 63 mm wall clearance) or optional ceiling mounting with wire ropes (frame with function groove).
