LIGNOTREND manufactures cross-laminated timber building elements and solid-wood acoustic panels in Weilheim-Bannholz (Black Forest). In the LIGNO® Akustik light, Sport and home acoustic range, exposed surfaces in native softwood and hardwood are combined with integrated wood-fibre absorbers. All acoustic panels are tested to DIN EN ISO 354 / DIN EN ISO 11654 (more than 100 BAE reports) and approved under European Technical Assessment ETA-21/0360 (ETA-Danmark) as well as the German national technical approval Z-9.1-555. Sustainability credentials: natureplus 0211-0606-014-1, PEFC/04-31-2893, QNG certificate of conformity, IBR test seal (Institut für Baubiologie Rosenheim), DGNB Navigator codes OZ5NI5 / D06GD.

Description

Large-format solid wood acoustic panel of the LIGNO Akustik light line, which Lignotrend sells in its shop as LIGNO Akustik Pro (light). Type 3G has a largely closed back layer, is heavier than type 3S and is the base element of LIGNO Akustik Sport. It is used for suspended ceilings, wall linings, free-hanging acoustic sails and grid ceilings in offices, schools, indoor pools, sports halls, restaurants and homes.

Technical data

Material: Three layers on the cross-laminated timber principle: slotted face layer, cross layer at right angles with integrated wood fibre absorber (standard _a70g, approximately 70 % absorber share in the cross layer), largely closed back layer. PUR bonded, formaldehyde-free.

Surface: Acoustic profiles (batten / joint width): _625-12-4 (12 / 4 mm), _625-20-4 (20 / 4 mm, optionally with chamfered edges), nature profiles _625-12n25-4 (12 to 25 mm, irregular / 4 mm) and _625-22n40-4 (22 to 40 mm / 4 mm). Face layer in knot-free silver fir (lively _WTL, economy _WTE, plain _WTS), lively spruce, oak, ash or beech; brushed, optionally with UV protective glaze, oil or lacquer.

Up to fire class: B-s2,d0 per ETA-21/0360 · different treatments on request, depending on requirements

Certifications: natureplus (certificate 0211-0606-014-1, fir/spruce base element with standard absorber _a70g), IBR Rosenheim building biology tested, French VOC rating A (lively silver fir) and A+ (ash, oak, spruce), DGNB Navigator (OZ5NI5 / D06GD), PEFC chain of custody (HW-PEFC-CoC-0336-25), EPD (EPD-LIG-20260431-IBC1-DE based on ecoinvent data, EPD-LIG-20260430-IBC1-DE based on MLC data)
