SUAM Akustikmanufaktur develops and manufactures custom room-acoustic elements made from thermally bonded polyester wadding in Bad Wünnenberg (North Rhine-Westphalia). The range covers ceiling rafts (rectangular, round, free-form), baffles, wall and ceiling absorbers, acoustic art panels, the dekaBel metal cassette absorber, and the modular free-standing screen. The PES core material is binder-free, fully recyclable and meets fire class B1 per DIN 4102. Certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (test no. 94.0.0541).
Description
The round SUAM ceiling raft is a horizontally suspended disc absorber made of polyester wadding, 3.1 in thick. Four standard diameters: Ø 31, 39, 47, and 61 in. The measured values are available as equivalent sound absorption area A_obj per raft and simplify planning by quantity. Like all SUAM products: 100% polyester wadding without chemical binders, B1 according to DIN 4102, available in over 1,000 color variants.
