SCHALLSAUGER is the acoustics product brand of KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen on Lake Constance. Founded in 1977, the family business manufactures printable fabric absorbers, LED-integrated acoustic panels and frameless wall and ceiling solutions on 26,910 sq ft of production space. The ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT and ORION 8 product ranges cover wall, ceiling, room-divider and lighting applications. All covering fabrics (akustikTex) are certified to Öko-Tex Standard 100 and fire-tested to DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0. Acoustic measurements were determined by the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics (IBP) to DIN EN ISO 354 (test report S 10734-Alpha, 2014).
Description
SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS COLOR is a wall-mounted acoustic panel with individually printed fabric covering, available either in 195 RAL-like standard colours or a freely chosen custom shade. The fabric fibres are dyed by thermal sublimation printing; the colour pigments penetrate deep into the fabric and produce durable, UV-resistant surfaces. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS, a thermally bonded nonwoven made of 100 % PES staple fibres, areal weight 3200 g/m², thickness 2 in. Fabric covering of 100 % PES polyester fabric, 310 g/m², flame-retardant treated (B-s1,d0 per DIN EN 13501-1), UV-resistant per DIN EN ISO 105-B02. Substrate made 60 % from recycled PET bottles, 100 % recyclable. Both materials are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. Standard formats: 20 × 20 in, 28 × 28 in, 26 × 45 in, 30 × 39 in, 39 × 39 in, 39 × 45 in, 39 × 63 in. Custom formats on request. Fabric covering only in rectangular form. Mounting variants: wall mounting via hanging profile and Z-profile (set FLZWH4: 2 × hanging profile, 4 × Z-profile, 8 × plasterboard screw, 4 × wall plug, 4 × Spax, mounting template) with optional wall spacers at the lower panel edge, or alternatively bonding with hot-melt or assembly adhesive. The fabric surface is pinnable, so notes or notices can be attached directly to the panel.
