SCHALLSAUGER is the acoustics product brand of KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen on Lake Constance. Founded in 1977, the family business manufactures printable fabric absorbers, LED-integrated acoustic panels and frameless wall and ceiling solutions on 26,910 sq ft of production space. The ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT and ORION 8 product ranges cover wall, ceiling, room-divider and lighting applications. All covering fabrics (akustikTex) are certified to Öko-Tex Standard 100 and fire-tested to DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0. Acoustic measurements were determined by the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics (IBP) to DIN EN ISO 354 (test report S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

Description

SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS BAFFLE BAFFLE is a vertically suspended acoustic baffle made of thermally bonded polyester nonwoven for zoning open-space areas. Several baffles can be hung one below another, creating a subtle, semi-transparent division of large areas into functional zones. Double-sided sound absorption: each baffle absorbs sound on both faces, creating a pleasant, screened working atmosphere without losing the open character of the room. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS, thermally bonded nonwoven made of 100 % PES staple fibres, area weight 3200 g/m², thickness 2 in. Made 60 % from recycled PET bottles, 100 % recyclable, fire class C-s2,d0 to DIN EN 13501-1:2018 / B1 to DIN 4102-1. Available in white, mottled light grey or black, with square or rounded edges. Standard formats 79 × 14 in and 39 × 14 in. Custom sizes between 24–93 in wide and 14–59 in high are possible. Mounting via the Baffle wire-rope set FLBD2E (pre-assembled brackets, axis spacing 0.5 × baffle width) or, as a low-cost alternative, with a plug-in plate. Brackets in black, white or light grey.
